To see the change we want in our lives or in the world, we must study and understand ourselves. At Know Yourself Centre, we feel and believe that self-knowledge is a skill that needs to be grounded to any individual in order to actualize what we really want in our lives. Our programs are psychologically and philosophically vetted. We provide a captivating program with activities that help prepare individuals and learners to self-knowledge and its freedom. Our programs teaches self-knowledge that trigger a natural curiosity to individuals and learners to learn what it means to be human and stimulates the desire to acquire a deeper understanding of self. That desire in turn leads to exploring the total content of the self, ultimately resulting in greater self-efficacy, which is increased confidence in our abilities and ourselves.
